TAIT FAQ for Brilliant Acquisition

What does this acquisition mean?

TAIT and Brilliant Stages (Brilliant) have agreed to join forces.

We both share complementary cultures and skillsets, and we both design, engineer, and build some of the most innovative and jaw dropping live experiences. Together, we will leverage our collective expertise to continue to strengthen and grow the global TAIT platform, always delivering exceptional customer service.  

What is the strategic value of this acquisition for me as a customer?

There are several reasons we made this acquisition.

First, we believe that sharing TAIT technology with Brilliant will accelerate our ability to serve a broader range of customers.

Second, by providing Brilliant with TAIT’s asset base and by leveraging TAIT capacity around the globe, we will be able to reach more customers while delivering premier solutions.

Third, TAIT & Brilliant share cultures of excellence and innovation; We are creatives, innovators, and problem-solvers who are committed to pushing the limits of live experience.

Fourth, customer satisfaction is paramount to both companies; we provide our customers with a level of service and quality that leaves them advocating on our behalf.

Are TAIT and Brilliant aligned in values and missions?

Yes! TAIT and Brilliant share a similar mission: deliver world-class solutions for live experiences.

What about Production Park and Rock Lititz Campus, what’s happening with them?

Both TAIT and Brilliant share close relationships with Rock Lititz and Production Park respectively. Rock Lititz has always been independent from TAIT and going forward Production Park will be independent from Brilliant. Both campuses will continue to operate as is and you can continue to book services directly through the campuses or through a TAIT or Brilliant member for referral.

What can we expect over the next six months?

Together, we are working on a detailed road map for integrating TAIT and Brilliant both on the front end and operationally. This will require collaboration across companies and borders, and we look forward to providing more information soon. As we navigate through this process, we will update you via email, blogs and social media.

As an existing TAIT customer, will I still be able to work with the same TAIT representatives?

Yes, the leadership and staff at both companies is expected to remain the same. You may continue communicating with your current point of contact via their existing email addresses, land, and mobile numbers.

As an existing Brilliant customer, will I still be able to work with the same Brilliant representatives?

Yes, the leadership and staff at both companies is expected to remain the same. You may continue communicating with your current point of contact via their existing email addresses, land, and mobile numbers.

Will Brilliant remain a separate brand?

The combined management teams see the value of building a global brand. Branding decisions will take this into consideration and will be clarified in the coming months.

Will the acquisition impact my current project that is under contract with TAIT or Brilliant?

No. Your project and our work/service provided to you (by Brilliant or TAIT) will not be interrupted by the acquisition. All existing projects will continue as scheduled and all points of contact will remain the same.

Will I receive service and support that TAIT currently offers to its client if I am an existing Brilliant customer?

Yes, but it might take some time. We are excited to offer the same level of service and support across TAIT’s platform globally. However, integrating Brilliant with our existing platform is expected to take some time. We will continue to update you as we roll out TAIT capabilities to Brilliant. Have TAIT or Brilliant’s email addresses, phone numbers or office locations changed?

No. All the contact information you have for TAIT North America, TAIT Europe, TAIT Asia, and Brilliant are the same. Please continue communicating with your direct point of contact at either company.

Will Social Media handles change?

All social media handles will remain the same for TAIT and Brilliant. The social media strategy will be evaluated over the next 6 months and shared as part of our communications strategy.
