As the official producing partner for the first-ever Europe edition of South by Southwest (SXSW), we were proud to help usher in a new era for one of the world’s most iconic festivals. Taking place June 2–7, 2025 across 30+ venues, the historic sites, local institutions, and vibes of the Shoreditch neighborhood were the perfect host to bring together industry-leading creatives, thought leaders, and game changers from around the globe. TAIT helped capture the energetic spirit of the flagship festival in Austin, TX, supporting the launch of a culture-defining experience in London that spanned across topics in music, technology, art, film, and innovation.

As the official producing partner for the first-ever Europe edition of South by Southwest (SXSW), we were proud to help usher in a new era for one of the world’s most iconic festivals. Taking place June 2–7, 2025 across 30+ venues, the historic sites, local institutions, and vibes of the Shoreditch neighborhood were the perfect host to bring together industry-leading creatives, thought leaders, and game changers from around the globe. TAIT helped capture the energetic spirit of the flagship festival in Austin, TX, supporting the launch of a culture-defining experience in London that spanned across topics in music, technology, art, film, and innovation.

As SXSW London’s producing partner, TAIT led end-to-end festival execution—including production, creative design and installation, logistics, venue management, and staffing. We helped shape the look, feel, and flow of the event—from sustainable event policies and logistics to artist relations and temporary workforce planning for 300+ staff. We were also happy to support the British Music Embassy and Production Park by providing staging for up-and-coming local musical acts to perform in Devonshire Square during the festival. We also supported with the print signage, artist liaison, technical management, and coordination for several brand houses including Rolling Stone’s The Future of Music UK at Hoxton Hall, American Express’ AMEX Unsigned at Hoxton Hall, TRO Essex Music Group’s Celebrating 75 Years of Music at Hoxton Hall, and Deadline Hollywood’s Sound and Screen UK at Shoreditch Church.
