THE WEEKND AFTER HOURS TIL DAWN TOUR

THE MUSIC SUSTAINABILITY SUMMIT 2024
We know that building a more sustainable future is one of the greatest challenges facing our industry, and it is one we cannot meet alone. That is why we work closely with global partners like the Music Sustainability Alliance in North America and LIVE Green in the UK to help drive industry-wide change and share ideas that move us all forward.
Sustainability is not a passing trend. For us, it is about building a culture of responsibility that empowers our teams to keep improving. We have created a basic carbon literacy training module to ensure TAIT’s problem solvers think critically about how we work and how we can do better as our tools, materials, and methods continue to evolve.
We are part of a larger ecosystem, and we take that responsibility seriously. Through collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement, we are helping to shape a future for live events that is not only technically brilliant but also more sustainable.

Sustainable Producing
Sustainable Producing
For clients looking to integrate environmental practices into the production of their events, a dedicated Sustainability Consultant can be incorporated in the team. They can facilitate shaping strategy, guiding implementation, setting KPIs while working with vendors and local authorities to reduce waste and maximize recycling.
In addition, they can provide strategies to reduce the environmental impact of food and beverages, audience and crew travel plus support the local economy through post show material and food donations. Industry carbon tracking platforms can be utilised to provide final emissions reporting, recommend improvements for future events, and supply data for offsetting programs.
This approach gives clients tools to align their production with their own environmental goals, with guidance and accountability built in.
Whether we are producing the show ourselves or partnering with external teams, sustainability can be a core part of planning from the outset.

Sustainable Staging
Sustainable Staging
Sustainability in staging begins long before we hit the shop floor. We design with longevity, flexibility, and reusability in mind, always looking for ways to reduce our reliance on virgin materials and energy-intensive manufacturing.
Our teams are:
- Maintaining a database of reconfigurable stock, enabling designers to create with circularity in mind
- Supporting clients in reimagining new designs that can become modular or reusable post-event
- Exploring material alternatives that reduce emissions, improve durability, and simplify recycling
- Creating inflatable structures, which are uniquely advantageous due to their compact lightweight nature, ease of transportation and storage and reusability.
By thinking about the full lifecycle of a product, we are making it easier to build the incredible more responsibly.
Sustainable Facilities
