On the day, time was of the essence. The morning began with the Earthshot Prize Innovation Summit launched by HRH Prince William. Finalists were able to share their ideas with heads of state, business leaders, and other dignitaries. Bloomberg knew they could trust us to handle the high level of security required for guests of this stature. We took great care during creative development to make sure these climate solutions reached their full expression for the world leaders in the room.
When the clock struck 12, we quickly transformed the space for the UN Climate Action: Race to Zero and Resilience forum. Through swift work and well-orchestrated execution, we were more than ready as the event started 1.5 hours later. The stage was set for leaders in business, government, science, and art to discuss the need for global partnerships and creative ways forward to reach climate goals.
