The festival, known as the world’s largest natural beauty celebration, required detailed planning to accommodate its thousands of attendees and diverse range of activities. With its mission to empower women of color, CURLFEST featured highlights such as Beauty Row, a vibrant Vendor Marketplace, and stages for music and empowerment sessions.

TAIT's involvement was critical in bringing CURLFEST 2024 to life. We expertly managed the event's site layout, ensuring smooth movement and optimal use of space across the expansive venue. TAIT also handled production management, ensuring that the stages, including the Main Stage and Empowerment Stage, were perfectly set for performances and speeches. Additionally, they managed the sponsor and vendor marketplace, coordinating with numerous Black-owned businesses to create a dynamic and engaging experience. Our meticulous signage management further contributed to a seamless and visually appealing festival.
