Held at the Oakland Coliseum Arena in California, Block by Block 2025 was a three-day internal conference that brought together 8,000 employees from Block, a global technology company made up of foundational teams that support economic empowerment across its business groups.

The TAIT team led all producing and technical delivery, coordinating budgeting, vendor relationships, back-of-house operations, talent support, and IT and networking systems integration for live streaming across the client’s internal program. Inside the arena, we also provided Mag Deck staging with two lifts and a bi part LED screen system as well as additional G-Deck front-of-house risers and lighting platforms from Gallagher Staging and Productions. A full test build and rehearsal period ensured technical accuracy before load in, and the project required a complete installation within just 24 hours. The project brought together TAIT producing, staging and automation expertise alongside Gallagher’s structural support to create a fully aligned technical environment for the conference.
The result was a unified gathering that brought a global community of employees together through a connected conference experience.
