For Harry Potter fans in 2012, stepping into the story was an impossible dream: a dream that the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London team wanted to capture perfectly. Millions of us wished to enter this fantastical world and feel the magic of being there, but there was no way to experience it in person. The release of the films only intensified that further. Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter was our opportunity to bring global fans a behind the scenes look at the creativity behind the films.

In close collaboration with Warner Bros and the original filmmaking team, we started the Harry Potter Warner Bros. London experience when it was just an idea and have been involved through multiple expansions . From the onset of master planning through design and production, we knew every detail of Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter had to be perfect and up to the standards of both the fans and filmmakers. At every step we had the guest experience in mind, and we knew what we were delivering had to be nothing short of magic.

We worked closely with the filmmaking teams to gather original props and sets to bring guests behind the scenes and into the details that helped make the films. We created and produced new media with original cast members to usher guests through the space under the spell of their favorite characters, solidifying the making of Harry Potter as a timeless-feeling wonder. As part of the first expansion, we were even able to incorporate the actual Hogwarts Express used in the film.

We’ve partnered with Warner Bros. on three expansions to the attraction since it opened in 2012 and on a second Harry Potter Studio Tour in Tokyo. These attractions have welcomed 16 million visitors since opening. As the Harry Potter Warner Bros. Tour continues to grow, we’re happy to keep the magic alive.
