TAIT was engaged to lead end-to-end technical production management, covering scenic construction, rigging, lighting, audio, video, and broadcast—while also overseeing talent and crew logistics, back-of-house operations, and budget management.
A central feature of the design was a suspended 8.5-ton LED ceiling capable of moving at 24 meters per minute. The system relied on 350 hoists and over 2,000 meters of truss, forming a robust structure to support the integrated scenic, lighting, video, and special effects systems.
Adding to the creative complexity, TAIT oversaw the construction of three monumental carved mountains, designed to seamlessly integrate with the technical architecture. These scenic elements required precise coordination between engineering, art direction, and installation teams to maintain structural integrity while delivering on the creative vision.
Behind the scenes, TAIT managed back-of-house operations for over 1,500 crew members, including site layout planning, welfare support, and complex scheduling. Despite ongoing changes to site requirements, TAIT adapted quickly—maintaining efficiency and protecting delivery timelines.
This was more than building a stage—it was delivering a large-scale, cross-functional production with precision and artistry. The success of the ceremony was the result of technical expertise and creative ambition working in sync, showcasing what’s possible when trusted partners unite to elevate both the player and fan experience.
