The New York Times' 2025 DealBook Summit convened global leaders from business, politics, and culture for a day of live interviews hosted by Andrew Ross Sorkin. Held at Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Appel Room, the program explored topics ranging from AI and economic policy to corporate leadership and geopolitical risk, achieving journalistic depth across multiple broadcasting platforms.

TAIT oversaw the full production lifecycle, managing creative development, scenic fabrication, A/V integration, speaker logistics, and live broadcast execution. Working closely with NYT's internal teams, TAIT led all pre-production, site surveys, vendor coordination, and budget tracking. Custom scenic builds included the mainstage, check-in areas, sponsor activations, and lounges, designed to echo the New York Times brand. Animated screens, clean signage, and tailored session transitions kept the design consistent throughout.
Onsite, TAIT managed show control, cueing, and technical operations for the livestream, while also handling crew scheduling and talent support. Dedicated staff guided high-profile speakers through rehearsals, greenroom holds, and on-camera segments.

The Appel Room's glass backdrop framed the skyline behind each conversation, and the result was a daylong program defined by editorial excellence. TAIT's holistic support enabled The New York Times to host conversations at the scale and quality their global audience expects.
